I have confirmed that the Regional Settings on my laptop is set to US as the Input Locale. Even then when I create / import a contact into MS Outlook (2000) it defaults the Country/Region of that Contact's Phone Number(s) to India. Is there a way to prevent it from doing that?

I find it interesting that Palm and Third Party companies can find a way to synch subfolders, BUT the all knowing windows based software cannot find a way to synch its software with its software.....hmmmm...HELP ME UNDERSTAND....concerned Windows software user!!!!
