I am trying to search for a contact using the format "First name Last Name".
I am composing a mail and then in the to field, I type in a part of the

listed twice if they have fax numbers.

I have multiple contacts about 3,000 in Outlook. Most of my contacts are
bussinees related so I file these by company then name. The issue is I also
keep my personal conatacts in outlook as well so it is also filed by company

Let's say I already have a distrution list made and I wantto put a new person
on the distribution list.  I add them to my contacts.  Is there a way of
adding them to the distribution list from the contact window?  Currently I go

When I create a Distribution list and try to send an e-mail to that list all
that ends up in the "To:" line is the list name and it is not linked to the
addresses in the list. Anyone know how to link the 2 together?
