xp/office 2003 I'm not sure what I did but now when I enter phone numbers for a contact, Outlook does not automatically format the numbers for me (xxx) xxx-xxxx. How do I turn this auto formatting back on?

Too many of us--unfortunately--type our passwords in a Microsoft Outlook Contact card. When family members and guests use the PC, they have complete access to the Outlook Contact Cards and can find the many secret passwords we use.

I am moving from one machine that uses Outlook Express to a new machine using Outlook 2003. I was easily able to move the individual contacts to the new machine. How can I move the ditribution list from Outlook Express to Outlook. Thanks.

How can I get my contacts which are listed as an address book, show the telephone numbers when choosing from the Address book. In other words, I used to be able to see the telephone numbers in my contacts when I used the Address book feature in Outlook 2003

My "File As:" does not work to organize my contacts in Outlook. The contact defaults to the name entered in the "Full Name". Why would the "File As" not work?
