I would like to send an e-mail to several vendors but, don't want them to know who else is getting the e-mail. Is there a way to setup the e-mail so the receipients are not disclosed?

Several months ago, I posted a similiar message. I had just migrated from Outlook 2K to 2003 at work, and was unable to get Outlook to search my contacts list instead of our networks global address list as the initial source for email addresses.

I go through the File, Import/Export method for bringing over my Act 2000 contacts but they get imported into the default contact template. Can I get these to go into my custom contact form during the iimport or easily after it's in the default one?

Using outlook, when I send an email to someone, I would like the system to prompt me afterwords if I want to add this recipient to my contacts. Yahoo mail does this.

I have SBS 2003 running on my exchange server and all desktop pc's have Win Xp Pro with office 2003 running. What is the best way of sending weekly news updates to my customer databse which is between 4000 - 10000.

Hi, does anyone have encounntered problem modifying PAB? I can add and delete contacts but unable to modify existing contacts. No error message is generated. It doesn't accept changes. Bambi

I got an e-mail where the sender's name was spelled incorrectly. My address book(?) picked up the bad name (Car instead of Carr) and displays it as the tooltip for auto fill. Now all of my e-mails to Carr say "Car" -- the wrong spelling. I used the find function but I can't ...

In Outlook 2000, I can see all my Contacts. When I open up a new email message and click on "To" - and I go to Contacts - none of the show up. But I can see them when I open up Contacts. The seem to disappear when I create a new mail message.
