Can I copy the contents of User Field 1 to User Field 4?13 Jan 2005 14:40 GMT1
In my Outlook 2002 Contacts, I have made entries for each contact in the USER
FIELD 1.  I would now like to copy the contents of those entries to USER
FIELD 4.  I know I can copy each entry individually through copy and paste.

We have a user whose Contacts have gotten scrambled.  The names and email
addresses have gotten mismatched somehow.  In this user's Contacts for
example, Bob Smith should have an email address of bsmith@abc.com.  Joann

I know I can add additional date fields for my contacts, but I have not been
able to have these important dates show up on my Outlook Calendar.  It

I have a user with 1829 contacts.  I have given their administrative
assistant access to the contacts, but she can only see 879 of the contacts.
