I have names and addresses in Outlook contacts which include Mr & Mrs. In
Word when recovering them for an envelope print the Mr & Mrs has gone
missing. Also postcodes move up the address from the end.

 I have added some contacts in Outlook 2003. Autocomplete is not working
when I compose a new message. I have configured 2 POP3 Accounts and 1 HTTP
account in Outlook. Outlook is not showing contacts under the Personal
Folders (like, Inbox, Sent Items or Drafts). Please help me.

Absolutely LOVE the idea of thumbnail pictures in each Contact's record.
I didn't mind upgrading to Outlook 2003 to get this awesome feature.
I want this primarily for my PDA, and I'm suprised that the pictures are NOT
transfered to the PDA when I sync.

In Outlook, say that you click on the "To:" button to
create a new email message. If you start typing
a name in th entry box, a name will appear if a match

get everything that is in archives, and even things that are no longer there

I just moved my Outlook data from an old computer to a new computer.My
contacts list in Outlook 2003 is working fine. I can choose a contact and
data appears, etc., but the links do not seem to work.
In the Contact window, at the lower Left, the Contacts area where I link to

saved messages always default to personal contacts. used to drag and drop in
old outlook. now i can not find how to dothis. i use a blackberry that will
only sinc with one contact list. need to combine all contact lists to be
effective.

I am wondering how to send me contact list on Outlook to a co-worker?  There
are several of us in the office and we would like to avoid all having to type
in the same information for our clients.

We are preparing a newsletter for collage freshmen and need to make it
appear that the e-mail is only for each person on a large list, rather than
all the addresses appearing in the To: or Cc: fields of the newsletter. How
