I wonder how to share more than one contacts list using Outlook 2003 ? I have main contacts list called CONTACTS and just created 2nd called CLIENTS and want to share this one too but it's not visible for the rest of the users in the network. Is there some special trick or so ? ...

In my Outlook 2003 contacts I presently have File-as set for Last, First (Company). I have been successful in using VB code to change this to Company, Last First for 3000 existing contacts. of course I did it in a copy of the contacts folder just in case of trouble.

edI don't know how to explain this so I am going to tell you what I did and what did not happen. In my email Inbox I click 'New' then 'To'. This brings up the 'Select Names' window.

Hey all, I have Outlook 2003 and I have been forwarding Vcards to another person who is running Outlook 2003 and when they receive the email there are a bunch of forwards but no Vcards attached. All the names are there but just names as it looks like an email forward.

In Outlook 97 I could copy my contacts list and paste it into an Excel spreadsheet. Then I could tick off answers to invitations, etc. Copy is greyed out in Otlook 2003 and [clipboard] will not allow any copying to it!

I had to reformat my hard disk and then reinsatll Outlook and MSN. Now I can't use my contacts for Outlook email. I already right clicked contacts, properties, Outlook address book, and it will not allow me to click "shoe this folder as outlook email address book. Help
