I am trying to export my outlook contacts data to an csv file to use with
Excel.  My trouble is with user defined fields.  Although the field is
exported, the data is not.  I can't map these user defined fields when
importing back to Outlook.  The program won't allow me map these ...

I know I can just put the distribution list in the BCC field and send the

Last month I took a long holiday vacation - in anticipation of an extended
time away from my home computer, I copied my Outlook data file (.pst) so that
I could continue to use all my contacts, calendar, mail, etc. in my father's

When I imported contact information from palm to outlook, there was some data
that was missing or in the wrong fields, while others were duplicates.
Anybody else run into a problem like this? Have a solution?

New contacts folder doubles every contact by including email and fax numbers
in the address book when composing a message for email distribution.  Is
there any way to prevent this?

When I include a vcard in a message by using the copy and past technique it
is convereted to a message when the message containing the vcard is sent.  
This just started after several years operating properly.
