Is the contact picture associated with a user accessable field?  I would like
to create a custom form and view similar to an ID badge displaying a contact
photo and basic information.

Every time i edit a contact, a reminder pops up.  Every time I start Outlook,
a reminder pops up for every contact in the database.  How do I get rid of
this.  I only want reminders for meeting and tasks or when I manually set one.

Please help I imported all of my contacts from outlook express to outlook. I
have one contact that duplicated hundreds of times. Is there anyway I can
delete this without having to go down the phone list and select this and hit
delete?

My Contacts and Calendar were not backed up by techs performing work on my
computer, so now the question is how to recover those files!!

Since changing my pc, I wish to copy or move the cached email
addresses in Outlook to my new machine.
There are some 2-300 manually typed addresses which are currently
available through auto-complete..suggested addresses etc...albeit on

I am running:
- Windows XP Home Edition
- Microsoft Office Outlook 98 (set for Internet Mail only) for my mail

I have the impression that Distribution Lists are sort of dead end creations
because they do not automatically update to reflect new/changed/deleted
contacts that effect the Distribution List.  Is this true?   With the pace of

Microsoft Office Outlook should make it easier to add a sender's e-mail
address to the " Microsoft Office Outlook" address book... in the same way as
"Microsoft Outlook Express" does it. The "Add sender to Address book" which
is in the "Tools" menu in "Microsoft Outlook Exress", ...
