Hi, I have delegation permission to another person's
contacts. Using >>Tools >>Email Accounts... I can view
this person's contact folder in my Folder List.

I just upgraded to Office 2002 from 2002, and find that when I send a group

I can access all of my contacts, but when I go to write an email and select

Hi, I am using Outlook 2003 on XP SP2.  I am using Categories for my
Contacts.  Each Contact belongs to one of 6 categories.
Is there a way I can build a Distribution List with all the Contacts from 1
category?  Without having to manually go through all of my Contacts and

I have just finished compiling a distribution list, and upon reviewing
that list I notice that some of the little Rolodex card icons that
appear to the left of each name have a little head on them and some do
not.  What is the significance of the little head?

I setup Contacts in my Public Folders they are divided into Client Names, but
now when go to send an email and hit the To: button they all list under the
Show Names From The: list. Is there any way to have them all grouped under
