I have just finished compiling a distribution list, and upon reviewing that list I notice that some of the little Rolodex card icons that appear to the left of each name have a little head on them and some do not. What is the significance of the little head?

Using Outlook 2003. How can you automatically add a contact to your address book or contact list, whenever you reply to an email. I know where the setting is in Outlook Express, but cannot locate it in outlook 2003.
