my nk2 file has stopped updating itself with new addresses. I've tried
deleting it but a new one will not be created instead!
I think this relates to a corrupt registry key but I don't know where this
hive\key is!!

I had been using Outlook express (OE) and set up folders under the main
identiy to separate my addresses. When I import addresses into Outlook 2003,
only the address in the main identity in OE show up. How do I get all my
addresses in Outlook 2003?

I wanted to know how to set up my outlook so it saves my contacts
automatically every time I write a message for the first time.

When I create a new contact in Outlook 2003, it automatically inserts a
telephone area code before the seven digit number that I enter.  How can I
change the default area code that Outlook uses?  I will appreciate advice.

There is a field called Contacts... what is this field used for?  What is

One User account has the Outlook Business Contact Manager program with the

The other user account has personel contacts only.  

I have cerated a new contacts form (Based on the standard one, with the
addition of two new tick boxes), and set it so new contacts use this new

Here at work we are using office 2003 , mostly xp machines. We are using true
north email server on server 2003. The problem is we do not have a

I've tried all the recommendations currently posted. I've added the Outlook
Address book to my services and I've tried clicking on the "show this folder"
option under the contacts tab, but it is greyed out and won't let me click it.

When I import my contacts from 2000 to 2003 the contact form for some
contacts is the new 03 form where you can put the picture and some are the
old form from 00. Any help would be appreciated.
