I created a custom Outlook Form. I want to migrate SOME contact to the new form without having to spand a whole day cutting and pasting info from an old Contact record to a new on that uses my new form.

When I installed Outlook XP on to my machine that had OE6 installed, it brought over all my contacts including my Groups but the Groups (Distribution Lists) in Outlook are empty. Is there any way to export the groups in tact successfully ?

I recently upgraded from OL 2000 to OL 2002. When I send a FAX, my Contacts address list is not available to the FAX send wizard, it only recognizes shared and main identity address books, which are enpty. My Outlook address book has no entries.

I had to reload my O/S and Office XP after my system crashed. When I import the PST all the contacts are in their folders BUT the folders are not shown when I click on TO:, .CC, and .BCC. How do I get those to showup on the dropdown to be able to add to my email?

My public folders are not showing up in outlook 2003. We are using Exchange 2003 Small business premium. When I try and connect through owa the public folders are there. I have looked at this on multiple stations with the same results.
