I created a custom Outlook Form.
I want to migrate SOME contact to the new form without having to spand a
whole day cutting and pasting info from an old Contact record to a new on
that uses my new form.

I created a distribution list. When I try to use this list and send a message
I receive an error " an unexpected error has occurred"
If I try to expand the DL i get "cannot perform the requested operation. The
command selected is not valid for this receipient. The operation failed ...

When I installed Outlook XP on to my machine that had OE6 installed,
it brought over all my contacts including my Groups but the Groups
(Distribution Lists) in Outlook are empty.
Is there any way to export the groups in tact successfully ?

Outlook 2000. When I type the three first letters in the To-field, example
Kje, I want Outlook to give me a list of the contacts that begins with Kje.
How? I have this function at work, but I can't find out home...

I recently upgraded from OL 2000 to OL 2002.
When I send a FAX, my Contacts address list is not available to the FAX send
wizard, it only recognizes shared and main identity address books, which are
enpty.  My Outlook address book has no entries.

I had to reload my O/S and Office XP after my system crashed.  When I import
the PST all the contacts are in their folders BUT the folders are not shown
when I click on TO:, .CC, and .BCC.  How do I get those to showup on the
dropdown to be able to add to my email?

In previous versions of Outlook you could select individuals to send an email to from a defined distribution list.  For example: There are 35 people in a distribution list, but I only want to send it to 15 of them and don't want to have to add them all individually to my contacts ...

I am wanting to customise the default  contact form in Outlook.
I need to add another page with various fields so that I can filter and
search my contact database.
Possibly I should change the default form or modify the existing one.

How do I combine both of these to one list?

My public folders are not showing up in outlook 2003.  We are using Exchange
2003 Small business premium.  When I try and connect through owa the public
folders are there.  I have looked at this on multiple stations with the same
results.  

Is there a fast and easy way to cut and past an address from the contact list

I've got dozens of contacts within a distribution list.  I want to copy them
in my main contact folder.  My MIS dept. told me I have to retype them.  Is
