We have setup a couple of accounts for 2 different users from online to
offline email.  In the process of going offline they lost their contacts.  
When we were able to retrieve them but now when we hit the To button to list

I know you can set the default which will affect all new entries, but is

I imported my contacts folder from one computer to another.  However, on the
import none of the e-mail addresses appeared.  I then imported the PAB
address book and it appears as a second contact folder.  However, I can't

When I create a new e-mail, all of the fax numbers from my list of contacts
appear with the e-mails.  Is there a way to exclude those when creating a new
e-mail without deleteing them entirely from my contacts?

I have used Outlook before - and when I am selecting a contact to recive my
email - I have been able to just start typing their first name - not their
email address - and for some reason I can not figure out how to set this
