We have setup a couple of accounts for 2 different users from online to
offline email.  In the process of going offline they lost their contacts.  
When we were able to retrieve them but now when we hit the To button to list
the contacts there are 3 contacts lists, 2 of which are ...

I know you can set the default which will affect all new entries, but is
there a way to change how all of the current contacts are filed?

I imported my contacts folder from one computer to another.  However, on the
import none of the e-mail addresses appeared.  I then imported the PAB
address book and it appears as a second contact folder.  However, I can't
get the second folder to replace the contacts folder or ...

When I create a new e-mail, all of the fax numbers from my list of contacts
appear with the e-mails.  Is there a way to exclude those when creating a new
e-mail without deleteing them entirely from my contacts?

i'm trying to create (or get easily from the web) a 'custom' form for
outlook contacts that includes fields (user-defined) that are most useful to
me on the first tab.  i know that i can do the user-defined fields, but these

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2002 and for some reason Outlook 2002
doesn't have any of my contacts or notes that I had in 2000.

I run windows xp.  I need to take my contacts and calendar from one computer
and put it on another.

I have used Outlook before - and when I am selecting a contact to recive my
email - I have been able to just start typing their first name - not their
email address - and for some reason I can not figure out how to set this
outlook to do this.

I like the feature I remember seeing in Outlook Express, where clicking on a
Contact started a new email to them. I don't like having to right-click on a
contact and choosing 'New Message to Contact'.
