I would like to change the Display As entry for All Contacts . currently it shows the name and then the email address in brackets, but would prefer it to show the Name or the File As name Is there any way I can change the lot without having to manually do that??

Customer uses public folder for company contacts. Accesses this via favorites in outlook 2003. If a new contact is added, it doesn't update public folder, and no one else knows the contact was added..

I am getting "can't open this item" when trying to open a custom form within Contacts. Other people in my team are able to open them ok. Have tried copying the frmcache.dat file from a working pc but still have a problem. Can anyone help?
