i have to reinstall windows after a crash.  is there any way that i can

I'm attempting to move contcts from my office computer (Outlook 2003) to my
home computer (Outlook 2002).  I save the file as a .pst, but get an error
message when trying to import into Outlook 2002.  Any suggestions?

I have yet to prefect the export/import feature.  I support 5 outside sales
reps; we all need to send contacts back and forth in order to keep our
contact files in sync or up-to-date if you will.
