i have to reinstall windows after a crash.  is there any way that i can
recover my contacts if i install the new copy of windows over the currupted
version?

I'm attempting to move contcts from my office computer (Outlook 2003) to my
home computer (Outlook 2002).  I save the file as a .pst, but get an error
message when trying to import into Outlook 2002.  Any suggestions?

I have yet to prefect the export/import feature.  I support 5 outside sales
reps; we all need to send contacts back and forth in order to keep our
contact files in sync or up-to-date if you will.

installation of MS Outlook of 2002. I've now re-installed it and managed to
find all my old emails but how to I get my Contacts/Address Book back please?

I have, as the help file suggests, re compiled the contacts cache but
entering a contact nickname still will not bring up the associated email
address.
The contacts folder is set as the Email Address Book
