In Outlook Contacts, the alpha/numeric quick touch buttons on the right should be available in other contact views other then Address Cards. They should be available in e.g. by company, by category etc.

I transferes outlook data to a new computer and now I can't use contacts for email addresses. I did try to check the "show as email address book" ,but it won't let me. Any help would be appreciated.

In the MS Office 2003 Outlook, regarding my contact's Birthdays, will I get notifications of their Birthdays, or do I have to program that myself somehow? Thank you, Rick

can place old contacts (that I might need in the future, but not currently) in an archived folder that I can access if necessary down the road? In other words, make a "out-of-date" contact list? I don't want to throw these out, but I don't them cluttering up my current copntact ...

O2003 ... I have designed and created my own form for Contacts, with my own fields and values. How do I ensure this form is the one that is always used for contacts?

I've 'created' a form that I now wish to use for my Contacts, but after having spent a long time doing so, I would hate to have to do it all again if I re-install Office 2003 at any point. How can one back up Forms, or do they form part of the .pst file?

I have external contacts in Active Directory who are in multiple distribution lists. Users in more that one DL recieve a message for each DL. Is this normal behavior? If not can you please point me in a direction to correct. Thanks, Paul
