When I use my Address Book when composing an email, second and third email
addresses within Contact entries do not show up and I cannot figure out why.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I have followed the correct procedure to export and then to import my
Contacts from Microsoft Outlook. But when I import, I get the following
message: Not a Personal Folders File.

I created a contact in Outlook 2003, with the e-mail address and the fax
number entered for the same person. But it comes out two contacts with the
same name, one is for the e-mail address and the other for the fax number.

In outlook 2002, on the distribution list members tab, can I add additional
fields to this. By default it shows Names(Display Name) and E-mail address. I
would like to add the fileas name field. Can it be done and how.

I have copied my Contact list to a CD and then tried to load it on my laptop.
But I keep getting a message that I am not authorized to load the file:
backup.

I want to export only one of my categories in my contact list in OL2003.
If I go to category view and highlight the category title and then export,

I saved my contacts file to my personal folder, changed my Outlook server and
would like to move my contacts back to its origianl location rather than a
sub-folder.

Dialing rules only seems to work when I type a contact in directly.  If I use
my address book to insert the contact, the dialing rule will not ad the +1 to

I have a problem with outlook changing contact phone and fax numbers.
I want it to save the number the way it is entered.
but outlook changes it to international numbers.
adds 61 8 89000000 when I require it to stay as 89000000.

How do I send mail to contacts in part of a GROUP without deleting the rest
