I get an error message when sending a message to a distribution list that has
more than about 25 contacts.....what can i do?  My mail server is
smtp.comcast.net.....the message i get says 452 too many recipients...send
more in a second session.....help!

information.  For example, does all the activity info I have stored/linked to
the ACTIVITY tab go along with that vCard?  It appears that way when I did a

Is there a way to make a new message with the entire category in the BCC
field instead of the TO field???   This is a great feature, but I would
rather not send a bulk email unless my contacts are in the BCC field.

When I add a new contact in Outlook 2003 as "First Name Last Name" in "Full
Name" field and go to "Check Name", the names are reversed with Last listed
First, etc.  The only way I can get it to work is to type the name as Last

User are choosing the wrong entry and attempting to send message to the

In outlook 2000, whenever I want to create a new mail message and try adding
one of my contacts to the "To:" list the "add contacts" menu freezes. I have
to go into task manager to shut down the process. Any suggestions would be
great.

I add a new entry to contacts.  It appears correct in the contacts list (in
order of “file as”).  But, when I start a new mail message, and I click on
the “To” button (or click address book) my old entries are in last name,
first name order, but my new entries are in first name, ...

Can I email a few of the contacts within a distribution list in Outlook 2002?
I guess I am trying to avoid re-inputting the names separately in individual
contact sheets and hope I can select them from the distribution list.
