I get an error message when sending a message to a distribution list that has more than about 25 contacts.....what can i do? My mail server is smtp.comcast.net.....the message i get says 452 too many recipients...send more in a second session.....help!

Is there a way to make a new message with the entire category in the BCC field instead of the TO field??? This is a great feature, but I would rather not send a bulk email unless my contacts are in the BCC field.

When I add a new contact in Outlook 2003 as "First Name Last Name" in "Full Name" field and go to "Check Name", the names are reversed with Last listed First, etc. The only way I can get it to work is to type the name as Last First in the Full name field, then everything seems ...

When creating a new message and choosing a contact from the Outlook address book, why are there two entries for the users if the user has an fax number? User are choosing the wrong entry and attempting to send message to the user's fax number.

In outlook 2000, whenever I want to create a new mail message and try adding one of my contacts to the "To:" list the "add contacts" menu freezes. I have to go into task manager to shut down the process. Any suggestions would be great.

Can I email a few of the contacts within a distribution list in Outlook 2002? I guess I am trying to avoid re-inputting the names separately in individual contact sheets and hope I can select them from the distribution list. Thanks,
