Question: How does one display custom fields in Outlook Contacts'

I have an issue with outlook 2003 where every time I want to save a new
contact, I get this error:
The item could not be saved to this folder. The folder has been deleted
or moved, or you do not have permission. Do you want to save a copy of

I have a network inmy office with 4 computers I am curious of how to share
contacts so they can be accesilble to all in the network.  I need some
solutions to do this. ANY recomendations
