When I open contact from the contact folder or from the contact search field the contact window covers my entire screen. How can I configure it so that it opens to in a smaller size? Thanks for your help.

In my previous computer I've used Outlook express and I was able to add background music in ASF - format (so catch it from the website) Now I have outlook2003 and it can find (under background) no longer SOUND as in Outlook Express. Who can help me ?

For the life of me I can not figure out how to take a filtered version of my Outlook contacts database and print labels from it. Surely this must be an easy thing to do, the real life example is I have many contacts, a subset of which I want to send holiday cards to.

I have always used Outlook Express before, so am new to Outlook. My address book in Outlook Express was alphabetized by last names, but in Outlook the contacts are alphabetized by first names, which I don't find very helpful. Is there a way I can change it to alphabetize by ...

Is it possible to insert additional Contact phone numbers in the section of Outlook Contact when you are setting up a contact? There are only spots/fields for four, and some applications/contacts have more than four numbers.
