One of my users (using OL2000 SP3 on Exchange 2000) has put a considerable amount of time into organising and maintaining a contacts list in her Outlook Contacts folder. She used subfolders to group contacts.

I am looking for a way to share a customized contact form with microsoft exchange users. I haven't found a way that will show the customized form and information within exchange server outlook. Can this be done? If so, how?

I am trying to share a contact folder with another person. I can see the contact folder in his folder list, but can not figure out how to move this contact information from the shared contact folder to his personl Contact folder.

The box to tick to make the contacts folder appear as my address book is not available. It is visible but shaded.

Outlook should have the ability to print envelopes directly from the address book rather than having to import them into word's Evelopes and Labels feature.

When I use the merge wizard, everything goes well, EXCEPT I am not able to "point" the Wizard to the correct Contact list. It invariably uses a deleted names list -- I have no idea where it's even finding it.

When using Outlook 2003 and sending a new email if I go to the "To" it redirects me to the 4 different contact sources in a drop down menu. These are: Outlook Address Book
