I have office 2003 on my laptop and office xp on my desk top. I would like to export my contacts from my laptop (office 2003) and import them to my desktop (office XP). Outlook XP doesnt seem to be able to identify the outlook 2003 format. any ideas?

When a new contact is entered, it appears that the first name and middle name are determined at least in part by the length. How can I change this so that a middle name is not used and all word prior to the last name are considered to be first names?

My contacts are set for a display name of "Last Name, First Name" ... however the address book for email is not alphabetizing that way. It is alphabetizing by "Mr. John Smith" instead. How can I change this?

When I am using my contact list in outlook I would llike to be able to time and date my entries. This way I know when the last contact was and what happened on the call. Is there anyway to enter date and time other than by hand?

We have a user that has a laptop who is connecting via VPN to our network however he can't see the Global Address List when connected via VPN. He is using Outlook 2000 and the latest updates have been done on the computer (but not Win XP SP2).

Outlook 2000 did that - why not 2003? Also, the "search" slot can't be accessed by keystroke - you need to use the mouse. Ridiculous.
