I would like to organize my address book contacts into different folders. For example, I would like my mom's address to be in the folder named personal and Cumberland's to be in the folder named vendor. Please advise.

has anyone experienced trouble in adding logos to signautres to where you go into the advanced edit to add the image. It opens Word. Add the picture. Close and save. And gives me an error about how the file (*.htm/*.rtf) could not be found.

In Outlook, when emailing to a large distribution group, can I limit the number of messages to be sent at one time? For example, if a distriabiution group contains 1000 addresses, can Outlook be set to send, say, 25 or 50 messsages at a time?
