When I open a new email and click on the "book" symbol to get the address book, then a drop down comes down with a error message...no address book.., click ok then another dropdown shows with a blank listing. Then when I go the top Rt box and click there are 4 listings, 3 are dummy ...

I'm not seeing my contacts when I try and insert e-mail addresses in my e-mail. My contacts all show up in my contacts. I transfered my information from another hard drive and I may have it in the wrong folder. Where should the contacts file be stored?

I inadvertinly deleted a contact distibution list in MS Outlook. How can I restore this list. I have tried to find it in the recycle bin but it does not appear in this bin. Where is it and how do I restore the list? Thanks much

When I upgraded to 2003 and moved my contact lists, my distribution lists do not work. I get a message "An unexpected error has occurred." I tried deleting the distribution lists and creating them again, but I get the same error. Any suggestions?

I am unable to select a country/region because none are available. This, in turn, hangs the program and I have to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to get out. This is WinXP and the overall Region Setting in control panel is available and correct. Anyone know a fix?

I just upgraded to Office 2003, and when I opened Outlook, I had a contact folder that contained addresses that have been invalid for a year or so.....I'm not even sure where the computer found them to upload. To make this matter even stranger, this extraneous folder is duplicated ...
