It seems that when I use the TO: button to select recipients of an e-mail
some contacts are listing more than once.  If they have a FAX and an e-mail,
for example the name is listed twice.  How do I make sure only those that are
e-mails addresses are shown and not FAX numbers as ...

Many of my contacts have more than one e-mail address. When I include such a
contact in a distribution list, how can I send messages to all of these
