I am trying to export a tab separated values list of contacts in Outlook 2002. When I get to the map custom fields, why don't I see ALL of Outlook's contact fields? Specifically, my problem is with the Home Address fields. It only gives me:

When i send an e-mail and I am clicking on the "TO" button, the select names windows that opens, is defaulting to the outlook address book. I want it to default to my contact list. How do i change this default setting???

Outlook 2000 - Contacts - won't let me create a user defined-field? It continues to say you have no permission. Yet, I have checked status and it says - author. Is there something that I am missing?
