This is a weird one...
I installed a fresh copy Outlook 2003 (via Office Professional 2003) on my
new PC.   Using the default folders that were created, added a few new
contacts (ie. John Smith, Steve Jones, Bill Baker)

Followed Microsoft advise and installed PIMShare. (techie on this side)
Found software very buggy when put thru anything beyond simple use.
No response from their tech support, once got thru totally abusive character
by the name of Cris Williams - unprofessional.

I am having a hard time importing an addressbook from Outlook Express to
Outlook.  The .wab file is copied onto a floppy but Outlook does not appear
to recognize it -- any advice?

I have Outlook 2003, through the student Office 2003 product.  For some
reason, for some of the poeple in my address book, Outlook persists in using
old defunct email addresses when I write to them.  I have updated the address
book correctly.

Can one use the activities tab to enter activies (e.g. phone
conversations)?

Is there a way to change the data fields in a contact card? For example,
I want to add "hair color" to the card and remove 1 or 2 of the phone
numbers?

In my Contacts, I have a field for dollar amounts- in this case financial
donors to my project.  Is there some way to generate a table or even another
field in Contacts where I can have the total of this dollar amount from a
filtered group of contact entries?  

In Outlook XP when I opened a contact, the large free form text box
appeared across the bottom of the General tab.  After upgrading to
Outlook 2003, when I open a contact, that box appears in the right side
