How do I display my address book in alphabetic order by the LAST NAME?

After upgrading to outlook 2003 from outlook 97 using a cd rom disk which was
inserted into a cd rom drive, then following the directions provided by MS
during the upgrade process, the previously available contact and calendar
information is no longer available.

OK - so using contact categories is better than using distribution lists.
What's the best way to:
- send a standard email (say a newsletter) to everyone in category A
- and not have them all see the other email addresses

On my desktop, in Contacts View, I have the Contact Name highlighted with a
different background color from the rest of the contact items.  I also have
a line between columns to define the columns better.  For the life of me, I
