After upgrading to outlook 2003 from outlook 97 using a cd rom disk which was inserted into a cd rom drive, then following the directions provided by MS during the upgrade process, the previously available contact and calendar information is no longer available.

On my desktop, in Contacts View, I have the Contact Name highlighted with a different background color from the rest of the contact items. I also have a line between columns to define the columns better. For the life of me, I cannot remember how I accomplished that.
