I keep getting multiple email addresses for same person in my contacts folder

can anyone explain the way distribution list entries are associated with
contacts, and with seemingly "dead-end" email addresses.
I think it's the same question as   "explain the different icons used for
entries in the distribution list".

I have been searching for the downloading of

Novice 2003 outlook.  Everytime I begin to enter contact phone number, local
information box comes up and I cannot get rid of it without ctrl alt delete,
which shuts down my outlook.  I think the dialer may be on and I do not want
it but cant figure solution.  

if I import from Excel more than 133 contacts then 133 contacts are ok,
but the rest is ignored. Does somebody know this problem?

I want to get a listing of all members in a Distribution List (200 entries)
but so far I've failed to find the answer.  I added the DL to my Contacts,
hoping to get some additional options there but ... no luck!  "Print to a

I want to copy a long distribution list and make a new one with a few
changes, while keeping the original intact. I can't see any way to do it
without creating the list from scratch, which is a lot of selects.

I make a new contact in the adressbook. All records are put in the right
fields.
When i print an adresslabel, the order of the adressrecords are not correct
printed.

I am attempting to include or create a new distribution listing from contacts
that I have created and not from the global listing.
