when i go to compose a new email and go to select names from my contacts
folder i notice that contacts is listed multiple times in the box show names

I have micro XP at work and now i cannot copy my contacts to a word document.
I want the document to list the contact name and email address. WHen i try on
XP it actually copies each as outlook card.  I want to do this for people

I run windows xp with outlook 2003. I have updated to Pocket PC 3.8 from 3.7
which was supplied with the Acer n30 handheld. When attempting to synchronize
my contacts only 160 from 540 are transferred to the handheld.

After speaking with a contact I would like to be able to set up a
reminder in the calendar to alert me in the future that I am due to
follow-up. Can I do this without having to go back and forth between

All of a sudden, my "quick search?" block in Contacts only finds a few of my
contacts when I search by name.  Where are the settings that let my entire
