I tried to achieve this through the "file | import export ... | import internet mail and address" option. I did successfully copied the regular contacts. But for the distribution list, only a partial list was copied. So what is the correctly way to do this?

I have a contact list provided by a co-worker. I copied it to Outlook and it shows up under my contacts and I can see all the information in the list, but when I try to access it to send an email using the "To" button, I get a message that the address list could not be displayed ...

When I look for an address it takes some 3 - 4 seconds to find an address. Any help on how to get a better performance.

I exported my entire personal contacts in MS-OL XP pro..............as MS-excel format. When i open this excel file i can view all the fields even the email address fields. now when i import this excel file all the fields appear except the email

Outlook should autocomplete addresses for all that are in the addressbook, not only those that I typed once before! Outlook Express is able to do so.

I did an export of emails and email addresses before I replaced my hard drive. With the new hard drive installed and MS Outlook (MS Office Pro 2003) I imported the emails but there were no addresses in the address book. How do I retrieve these email addresses?
