My hard drive recently crashed.  I have copied an old Outlook pst file from
a CD, but when I try to insert one of the contacts using the "To..." button
in a mail message, I receive the following pop up message
"The address list could not be displayed.  The Contacts folder ...

How do I backup my contacts?  

how to copy or export all the data from ONE Contact to a word document as
text not a vcard?

I have a user who is trying to synch her Contacts into her Palm Pilot and
they are not coming over correctly.  She just tried again this morning and
now there are no Contacts in her Palm Pilot.  Anyone know what to do?

My email folders, calendar, contacts etc. are all stored on a MS exchange

How does one fill in the contact's fax #? The fax console in SBS 2003
instructs
fax:country code??? ect. If you do this the dups go away in the adress
book..good

How can I filter my contacts that have either Category A or Category B
included in therir category list.
I only want to show those 2 categories not all the other myriad of

I've been using outlook xp, then I changed to outlook 2003,
I'm not be able to access my contact from the Email itself

I want to create an emial distribution list fron a subset of contacts.  I
want to use the catagories feature to find the subset of contacts.  Once the
subset is found I want to create the distribution list.  This should be
straight forward, but it is not.  Am I missing somthing ...
