I have a user who is trying to synch her Contacts into her Palm Pilot and they are not coming over correctly. She just tried again this morning and now there are no Contacts in her Palm Pilot. Anyone know what to do? Thanks!

I created a New Contact Form with my own customized fields, but how do I save it (where do I save it to?) so that it comes up when I click on the folder that I want to save it as the default contact form???? Help!
