I'm trying to export a distribution list that I created in my contacts to an
Excel file. I also want to import a list of email addresses from Excel to a
distribution list in Outlook.

Is there a way that I can not show everything in the journal when I click the
activities tab of a contact?  I see each email twice, once in sent/rec'd and
also in journal.  This takes so much longer each time I click the activities
tab.

We will create an Exchange 2003 corporate installation with 5000 users with
Outlook 2003 distributed geographically. We are migrating from Lotus Notes.
Users actually have some shared address lists that they manage with contacts
from users that do not belong to the organisation ...

address to put in an e-mail, it show an empty folder and a message saying
they could not be displayed. I then click OK and another window opens with a

In Outlook, when creating a message to send, there used to be a drop down on
the "send" button to select the from mailbox for the message you are
creating.  The drop down menu no longer exists.  How do I get it back?  I
think it went away after I downloaded the EZ Spam software ...

We have just moved to Outlook 2003 at work.  I export my calendar and then
import into Outlook 2002 at home.  Today I received SP1 for Outlook 2003,
exported my calendar.  When I tried to import it into Outlook 2002 I got the

I am using Outlook 2003 and would like to create a distribution list by

directions for importing, but it won't work. I get a message that says it
