I am trying to export my distribution list into a CSV (Windows) File. When I try it only exports the header names into a spreadsheet. Can I export the contacts in my distribution list? How?

I have changed computers and when I try either to import an Outlook 2003 file from my old computer to the new one or copy it to a Zip disk and then ask Outlook to go to the disk, I get asked for a password. I have no idea what password is being asked for. I have not knowingly ...

Whenever I send an e-mail to people in my Contacts and bcc them I get an undeliverable. Any idea why? I can cc them without any problems.

Russ, I've somehow lost the string we used earlier. Let me recap the situation. I have a PST file I used on another computer (Outlook 2003). It does not have a read only attribute checked. But when I copy this file to my new computer and try to open it, I get a password ...

I would like to know if it is possible for Outlook to show a history of everything I have done with a certain contact. For instance, emails sent, letters, etc. And if it is possible to access it from the contacts individual card?

If I don't enter the area code on a contact listing, it defaults to 206 - isn't that Seattle? Is there anyway to change the default?

Is there a way that I can send all of my contacts and their info to other office users in my office? Can I email these files? We don't have a network in our office, and other people want access to this contact info without having to enter it manually.

I "File as" the Company Name in my contact list (e.g., Joe Smith at ABC Co. gets filed as "ABC Co.". I want to be able to type in the "to" line of my e-mail "ABC Co." and have the personal e-mail address from that contact automatically complete. Can it be done?

Unlike most, I would like to see [business fax] next to my contact name. Somehow, this no longer displays. For example, I have 5 contact listings for John Smith but Outlook will not tell me what each one refers to. Does anyone know how to reactivate this feature?

I have Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606) with business contact manager and every time I reply to an e-mail, the sender's e-mail address is automatically added to my contacts. I would like to know how to stop automatic addition of addresses that I do not Approve of manually.

I run windows XP and have purchased en external hard drive (Maxtor 160 GB) for back-up. Bundeled with the drive I have a program for backing up "retrospect". Is there any way I can ensure that my oulook files get backed up?
