Is there an easy/efficient way - in "my contacts" - to create a distribution
list from the list of addressees in a mail I have received?
Today I copy and past form the original mail, circumventing my contacts
list. Alternately I have to manually enter each contact.

Is there a way to have the "Display as" field automatically populate with the
company name of my contact or have it left blank if I don't enter anything in
the "Company" field?  I know I can manually type in the company name in the
"Display as" field but I want to save myself ...

The contacts in my old device (now residing in my pc) are not synchronized

All the phone number of my contacts in oe has local area code such as 021,
the phone is 12345678, so the number store in oe is 02112345678,when

After a message has been sent, if you look up your sent items, some emails

I've used the 'Sharing...' option on an address book to give access to
another user, however when that user begins a new Email and attempts to use
that shared book's contacts, the 'Show Names From List' drop down doesn't

Anyone know how I can export a contact's address info from Outlook 2003, to a

I am trying to choose a name from a CONTACT subfolder. Whenever I go to the
SELECT NAMES dialogue box, only names from the main CONTACT folder appear.
I need to access names from the sub-folder.

I have a case where the File As field is not pulling in the contents of the
