In Outlook 2003 all searches have stopped working. When I enter a search word it searches but doesn't find anyhting and will run for ever. Any ideas? Mike

I am trying to view my contact list by catagory. I have established the catagory I wanted and then went through and put each contact into that catagoty but when I go to view them I get the message cannot view by catagories.

The contacts list is different when I access my email on the server than the list I have on my C drive and I would like to sync them, as well as other data in Outlook.

If a Contact is selected In Outlook 2000, under the General tab a list of phone number descriptions can be pulled up by pressing the down arrow for one of the 4 phones listed, business, home, mobile, etc. The dropdown list includes 19 descriptions of possible phone numbers such ...

My wife moved fom Outlook Express to Outlook for her mail. She copied all her address book over - it went in to Contacts. For some reason every item is duplicated? Is there any way to delete duplicates other than doing so manually?

In my address book when I click on a specific folder the names are showing up once under business fax number and once under their email addresses. I only need the email addresses to show. How do I get the other not to show?

When I use the address book in Word, the Company name field from my contacts folder doesn't show up, just the contact name, street address, city state and zip along with the Country (which I really don't want to show). Is there a way to change this? Thanks.
