I'm trying to copy my contacts to another computer and I've already copied
the pst file to a cd, copied it to the hard drive of my other computer, and
now it says that the file is not compatible with this version of the Personal
Folders information service. What does this mean ...

Want to eliminate the fax address on the address book.

Like Letter Wizard I would like to do a one click activity and import all of
my contact card information to their appropriate places on a fax cover sheet.
Act does it so I think that Outlook should be able to.

I've just upgraded to Outlook 2002 and when you send an email it shows all
the fax numbers as well.  I want to hide these if possible - any ideas - all
help welcome!

I am trying to separate my contacts into 3 fields.  It is OK in the computer.
However the 3rd catagory won't migrate to my Palm.  What do I need to do????

How can I change the order in which my contacts lists
appear?  The 1 I always want to use - is at the bottom of
50 of contact lists!

Please help!!! ASAP!!!  I am having the most awful time trying to get all my
saved information over to my Outlook 2003 contacts.  Even when I named the
ranges and saved as a CSV file none of the changes came over to Outlook.  I
have a bunch of blank contacts in Outlook for some ...

So I have been having some problems with my Outlook 2003. I think the
contacts field has got corrupted, because when I load Intellisync (syncs
palm to Outlook) it cannot find the Outlook contact fields to do its
mapping. I have never had this problem with Intellisync before.

How do i create a group of my own so that I can send mails to those in my
group when I click my group?

Can Outlook 2003 be set up to link to Contacts data stored in SQL Server
tables?
Why would I want to do that?  We have reports written in Crystal Reports 6
that use custom fields in an Outlook Contacts application.  CR 6 in

Distribution list has to be created either directly from list of mail
addresses or distribution list fom email message.
The address book already has a "CATEGORY" field for
sorting/filtering/printing of addresses.

I am using the contact portion of outlook to keep track of my sales contacts.
My question is how do I search all of the outlook contacts to find a
specific word?  The search funtion only seems to search the first tab of the
contacts field.  I want to be able to search all tabs, ...

While holding the control key and selecting a bunch of contacts, I accidently
deleted them.  How do I retrieve them?  The "undo" button is visible but not
active.

When I hit the Accounts in Business Contacts button, the following message
appears
"The form required to view this message cannot be displayed.
Contact your manager."  

When I try to consolidate all my contact information sources, i.e. from home
PC, work PC, phone, PDA, etc., there tend to be a lot of duplicate contacts
in the consolidated list.  I wish that there was an easy way to ask Outlook
to find duplicate contacts and then merge them.
