When I go under Tools/Options/Contact Options and change the Default "File As" Order From: Last, First TO: Company it does not apply it to my contacts. I think the problem is that the "Apply" button is shaded out. Does anyone know how I can change this???

I tried sending my contact list from my work e-mail to my home e-mail by sending them as a V-Card. But, since I have quite a few contacts is there a way to open them all up at once and save them into my home address book rather than saving them individually?

How do I hide the various email adresses, when I send the same e-mail to a group of people. For instance if I send a message to test1@hotmail.com and test2@hotmail.com, I want to make sure that test1 can't see that I also send the same message to test2 etc.
