When I go under Tools/Options/Contact Options and change the Default "File
As" Order From: Last, First TO: Company it does not apply it to my contacts.
I think the problem is that the "Apply" button is shaded out.  Does anyone
know how I can change this???

How do I hide the various email adresses, when I send the same e-mail to a
group of people. For instance if I send a message to test1@hotmail.com and
test2@hotmail.com, I want to make sure that test1 can't see that I also send

In "File as" field some names appear 'Last name first' and 'First name last'
which is my prefered option. However a lot of the names appear as 'First name
first' and 'last name last', in spite of being set up as I prefer, and this
is very confusing in terms of alphabetic listing. ...
