In recent versions of Outlook we can type in the start of a name we
have used previously and the cache will auto suggest for us. Great.
Once you learn how to delete out-of-date ones...even better.
The format that appears is Firstname Lastname and then in <> brackets

It would be helpful to have the pictures entered in Contacts to appear in the
various views such as phone list and other customizable views.  Along the
same lines, it would be great if when you print a directory or contact memo
it would have the persons picture on the report.

I know I had a facility to sync my MSN infor (addresses, to do's & calendar)
between MSN & Outlook.  I rebuilt the system and lost what I think was the
tool (Intelle Sync).
How can I get this done as I lost all my contacts during the rebuild. I have

a contact chaged employers I deleted the contact and created a new one. Now
when I enter the first name the deleted name appears in the address. If I
click on properties the original (deleted)  name cannot be found. If I click
on type a contact to find the new contact appears

When I create a contact and type in a name (Steve Sweitzer) the Steve goes
into the Last name field and the Sweitzer goes into the First Name field.
