My computer has window 2000 opeation system and xp office installed.
I have many subfolders under the contacts and there are many duplicate
contacts and emails, is there any easy way I can identify and remove the
duplicate?

I would like to enter more than one web page address for some of my contacts.
I have tried seperating web page addresses with deliminators such as ',' or
';' non of which appear to seperate one address from another when selected.
The result of selection is an 'unfound' page ...

So I was doing great. I "upgraded" to 2003. I exported my old contact
forms from Outlook 2000. Using Ms Moshers advice, I used formswap, just
as before. Edited the reg file and change the 9.0 to 11.0. Associated
form to folder. And Sweet! It worked. I could see and edit contacts ...

I would like to see Microsoft Outlook have the same feature that Outlook
Express has which prompts a user with the option of adding contact names to
the address book when the client has scanned the address book for the new
contact name and "sees" that it is not in the book.

How do I add the same data to a UDF (or any field) for multiple
contacts?
eg. set the COUNTRY for a group of contacts to Spain; set the UDF field
INDUSTRY to Communications.
