When I try to import an excel spreadsheet with contact names and email addresses (after I exported some contacts and copied that format). It takes me all the way to the end and I still end up with an empty folder. I do not receive any error messages.

I want to copy my "contacts" to an SD card for use on my iPAQ. I have maxed the main memory on the iPAQ and have added no programs so none can be removed to increase storage. How can this be done?

I am using Outlook 2002 with Windows XP Pro. Outlook uses information from previous received emails to AutoComplete an address I begin typing in the address bar. These addresses have not been added to Contacts, nor Personal Address Book.
