When sending an e-mail, how do I get Outlook to only display contacts with e-mail addresses? Although one cannot send an e-mail to a fax or phone, users can select that piece of information with the "To" button.

I've seen this has happened to others, but I haven't seen a resolution. When you view the contacts in Address view, you can see the emal address for the contact. When you double click on it to see the details, the email address is missing.
