How do I delete a vcard in Outlook?

I would like to create an e-mail distribution list from a specific category
(ie company picnic invitees) . The inivitees are already assigned to this
category but I do not want to have to create a list by adding each person one
by one.  Any shortcuts?

I have several folders containing email addresses on my Outlook taskbar ..
I'm trying to move these addresses or copy them into new distribution groups

I am using multiple address books at my company and would like to have the
TO: field perform an Auto-Fill when I start typing the last name from ALL
address books.

I want to send one email to multiple contacts that aren't in a distribution

are automatically saved including all of the activities in the journal.  I do
not want to share the activities information with others, but cannot find out

Outlook only lets me add 3 E-mail addresses it should let me add more than that

Outlook 2000 allowed this, and I feel it is a step backward in the 2003
version that doesn't allow Contacts to be sorted by Category. Is there
something I'm missing?

When I send an e-mail to a dist.list using bcc field and leave the To: -field

Why do some names in my address book appear as "LastName, FirstName" and
others as "FirstName LastName" when all views of the name are entered as LN,
FN in the Full Name, File As, Display As fields?

I have recently transferred to my new computer. All outlook files and
settings are working well, except when I try and acces the contacts list from

Contacts can be put into self made CATEGORIES..... is there a way to send an
email to specific contacts per their CATEGORY?

is it possible to change what happens after 'View Map' is pressed? I have
searched registry and found nothing. I would like to be able to invoke
external procedure - maybe throught COM?

How? I found what I thought was the data file and moved it to new computerbut
it is an .nk2 file that nothing recognizes. Import /exports wizards don't
seem to support outlook to outlook.  Why is this so hard?!
