I want to go 'hands free' by using my Outlook dialer and using my microphone
and headset.  Is it possible?

I send news releases to several newspapers...is there a way to pull each of
these addresses at the same time, rather than having to look-up each
individually?
I would eventually like to look up that group name, click on it, and attach

Is it possible to import the custom categories from one Outlook installation
to another?  If so, how?

I use goldmine to import flitered listes into outlook to send out email
blasts. Afterwards i delete the contact folder but everytime i go to send an
email and click bcc to blind copy the recipients all the contact folders i
have ever created show up, so i have to scroll thru all ...

Does anyone know how I can prevent the address book from listing duplicate
contacts, right now every contact I have appears twice in the address book,
one with an e-mail and one with a fax number.

One of my clients is having a problem with their Contacts lookup window.  If
we type a company name it only finds one entry for that company even though
there are many all in the same folder.  Has anyone seen this before?

Like many, I have many categories for my contacts. When I go to send an
email, I may wish to address it to multiple addresses that are only found in
one of my contact categories. At present, I have to scroll through an entire
list of my contacts, with seemingly no way to seperate ...

I discovered one can use Outlook 2003 to dial a phone number. (Contacts
applet, Actions menu, Call Contact).
