My company uses a the address book to store all the phone numbers of my colleagues. I'd like to download them via contacts to my phone PDA. Therefore I'd like to link or copy the address book to a contacts folder. How do you do this?

In outlook 2000 I have five contact lists. No matter which list I open only contacts in the original contact list can be members of the distribution list.

I have imported a whole bunch of contacts into a Contacts folder in OL 2003, and the are showing in the list or card views with firstname lastname. The "file as" for these records was apparently set that way when they were created.

I tried importing my data and instead of importing the name, phone number and e-mail all into the same contact, when I pressed finished, it imported all of the data into individual contacts...so the all the phone numbers were their own contacts, all the names were their own, etc. ...

I upgraded machines. Along the way, I moved the .pst file (Outlook 2003) to the new computer (also Outlook 2003) and did an Import. Now, the Contacts show up under the Contacts tab, but they do not show up while I click the Address Book icon, nor do they show up when I click the ...

I have recently upgraded to outlook 2003 with business contact. When I hotsync my pocket pc, only the "contacts" are synced. I cannot figure out how to sync contacts from "business contacts", "contacts in personal folders" or "accounts." Any help on this would be great.
