How do I set Outlook 2003 to add e-mail addresses to my contact folders when
I recieve an e-mail?

From my review of outlook it appears that the auto email address prompt  does
not source all variables from the contacts / address book based on the
various components first name / last name / email address / nickname etc...
All email software I have previously used has ...

Have imported my address list from xls into Outlook and Outlook has
merged three xls address fields into one 'mailing address' field.
Ideally I'd like the address fields to be kept seperate, does anyone
have any ideas?

I am having trouble importing a database from excel into Outlook.  When I Map
the fields, it gives me only one field per record to choose.  The result is
the First Name, Last Name, Address, etc. end up in separate records.

I have photographs stored in my contacts database within Outlook.
I'm hoping that there's a way I can print out a contacts list incorporating
the photographs.

I imported 3,000 contacts into Outlook and preset my default File As to
Company.  But they all filed under "Last Name, First Name" instead and i
can't figure out how to change them all to File As Company.  Is there a way

If I try to open the address book by hitting the address book icon on the

Whenever I create a new view, even if based on an existing card view, it is
displayed in table view.  How do I create a new view as a card?

My wife and I share one PC and we have different contacts that we wish to
maintain.  How do we create two or more contacts folders?  Ideally we would
have one for her one for me and then a joint name/address folder.

When creating a new appointment I have an unwanted entry in the drop down
list of Locations. I want to get rid of it from this list but there seems to

I add and edit my contacts on a regular basis. About a week ago I went into
add a new contact and I received a message that says. "The form required to
view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator." I'm not
sure what to do becasue I'm the only one that uses ...
