Hi, When I have imported into my contacts list from a list in Excel, my phone number fields and postcode fields all have .000 appended to them in contacts? eg Phone number 12345678 in Excel file appears as 12345678.000 in Outlook

I am going to change versions of Office from the 2000 version to the 2003. I was going to copy the outlook.pst file to a separate folder, then uninstall 2000, then install 2003, then copy the outlook.pst file back to the 2003 folder.
