Hi,  When I have imported into my contacts list from a list in Excel, my
phone number fields and postcode fields all have .000 appended to them in
contacts?
eg   Phone number 12345678 in Excel file appears as 12345678.000 in Outlook

Can I have more than 1 "contacts" list in Outlook?

I am going to change versions of Office from the 2000 version to the
