I am trying to exclude certain contacts from my contact list in order to mail merge invitations for a party (do not want to invite certain contacts). How do I exclude these contacts? Also, how do I send one invite (same address) to 6 different people?

When I Import to Outlook Contacts the "Display as" field shows the email address and I would like the Contacts name instead without having to go in and hand do. Thanks

in sending email, can not see or prompt existing contacts when trying to select names. in replying to an email, can not see contact list but contact will automatically pop up when that name is typed.
