I am trying to exclude certain contacts from my contact list in order to mail
merge invitations for a party (do not want to invite certain contacts). How
do I exclude these contacts? Also, how do I send one invite (same address) to
6 different people?

When I Import to Outlook Contacts the "Display as" field shows the email
address and I would like the Contacts name instead without having to go in

Our office converted for MSOffice 2000 to MS Office 2003.  When using Outlook

in sending email, can not see or prompt existing contacts when trying to
select names. in replying to an email, can not see contact list but contact

In outlook 2003 contacts i defined 3 email addresses of a person.
In distribution list having this person as a memeber, i want that mail
should go at each of his addresses

I currently have most of my contacts file as Last, First and I want to change
them to First, Last.  How can I change them all at once instead of opening
one up at a time and changing it?
