Outlook should allow customised phone number formats08 May 2005 01:50 GMT1
I think a good idea would be to allow customised formats for different
numbers.  For example, mobile numbers in Australia are in the format 041 nnn
nnnn.  If I put that in Outlook, it becomes +61 041 etc.  It won't drop the
zero, and I cannot turn off the automatic country code, ...

We just recently upgraded our Exchange

I need to sort my contacts by field(ascending/descending) while still
grouping them by category. Every time I hit a field at the top of my contact
list it will sort, but this also removes my grouping by category. ???

I use Outlook 2003 but my pst file was originally created way back in Outlook

Those earlier versions of Outlook used an Address Book, and even though
several posts I've read suggest Outlook2003 does NOT ...
