Where in the contact information do I enter the sex of the contact so
that when I merge to a Word document, the salutation chooses the correct

I am using Outlook 2003 and Word 2003.  I need to use my contacts to insert
addresses for envelopes in Word but when I try to do this I get an error

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 loaded is loaded on a PC.  There is an
extensive e-mail contact list (700 names).  How do we transfer or move
contact list file to new machine without having to re-enter all information?

What file in the outlook folder is your contacts.  I want
to move my contacts to another computer but not the mail
or any of that.

How can I change limit on number of addressees on a Distribution List.
Outlook tells me I may not have more than 345 names on a Distribution List.
Is this a Server or Program issue?

Some numbers in several area codes are long distance from me and require a
"1"... some in the same area code do not... how can this information be
stored in the contact folder?

I am running Office Outlook 2003 with SP1 in a domain environment using

I am trying to add new fields on my contact card but am unable to apply those
new fields to ALL the contacts.  How do I apply them to all the contacts and
how to I make those new changes default whenever I need to add a new contact?

I’ve been asked to make vcards for everyone in our office and I’m not sure
