Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 loaded is loaded on a PC. There is an extensive e-mail contact list (700 names). How do we transfer or move contact list file to new machine without having to re-enter all information?

I am trying to add new fields on my contact card but am unable to apply those new fields to ALL the contacts. How do I apply them to all the contacts and how to I make those new changes default whenever I need to add a new contact?
